Vocabulary AI is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to:
All content you create within Vocabulary AI — including scanned words, saved vocabulary, and translations — belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership over your content. You are solely responsible for the content you scan and store using the app.
Vocabulary AI uses your device’s camera to scan and recognize text. Camera access is used solely to capture words for translation and vocabulary building. Scanned images are processed for text recognition and are not stored or transmitted to our servers beyond what is required to provide the feature.
Vocabulary AI does not require you to create an account. Your saved vocabulary and data are stored locally on your device and are never linked to a personal identifier or transmitted to our servers.
The Vocabulary AI app, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without our prior written permission.
The company disclaims responsibility for indirect damages, data loss, or issues stemming from app usage, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
The app may use or contain links to third-party services. The developer assumes no responsibility for these external providers’ content, privacy policies, or conditions.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time, with revised effective dates posted in-app. Ongoing use implies acceptance.
These Terms are governed by applicable local laws, with disputes subject to relevant court jurisdiction.
